1. General Policy
Due to the nature of hair products (wigs, extensions, hair systems, lace wigs, etc.), hygiene and product safety are very important. For this reason, our return and refund policy is stricter than general online shopping.
We only accept returns under specific conditions outlined in this policy. Customized or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Returns
A product is eligible for return/exchange if:
- It is unused, unworn, and unaltered.
- It is in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or model).
Products not eligible for return/refund:
- Wigs that have been tried on, styled, or worn.
- Custom-made wigs or personalized orders.
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items.
- Hair accessories such as combs, brushes, or styling tools once opened.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be approved only if:
- The product delivered is defective or damaged.
- A wrong item was shipped.
- The courier fails to deliver and the order is canceled.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Wrong size or color chosen by the customer (size/color charts are provided).
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
4. Return Process
To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:

Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the item. - Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours (wrong or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable courier service.
- Inspection & Refund/Exchange
- After receiving the item, our team will inspect it.
- If approved, we will process either a replacement or refund within 7–14 business days.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed if the product meets return eligibility.
- You can request a different size, color, or model (subject to stock availability).
- If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value or request a refund (if eligible).
6. Refund Methods
If your refund is approved, it will be issued in one of the following ways:
- Store Credit – To use on your next purchase at HairWig.Shop.
- Bank Transfer / Mobile Wallet – Direct refund via bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (for COD orders).
- Order Replacement – A new product of equal value shipped at no extra cost (only in eligible cases).
Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or mobile wallet provider.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective wig/accessory:
- Report the issue immediately with photos/videos.
- Do not attempt to alter or repair the item yourself.
- We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before shipping at no cost.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you must follow the return process.
- For COD orders, refusal to accept the parcel may result in account suspension for repeated cases.
9. International Orders (if applicable in future)
Currently, HairWig.Shop ships within Pakistan only. For future international shipping:
- Return shipping costs for international customers will be the buyer’s responsibility.
- Refunds will be processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees), and currency conversion differences are not covered.
10. Important Notes
- Hygiene and safety are our priority; therefore, opened or worn wigs cannot be resold or accepted back.
- Please carefully check product descriptions, size guides, and color charts before ordering.
- Refund approvals are subject to inspection by our Quality Control team.
